uncle mike in da house ...

you all may remember my uncle mike
as my first visitor in the hospital

it has been a while since i have seen him
so he came out from arizona
for the 4th of july weekend

dad says that he [mike] is pretty smart
i didn't see that
but we sure had a lot of fun ...

he was talking a lot about his eye phone
until i busted out my orange cell
it was pretty clear who had the superior communication tool

that's how i roll ...

it has been mad hot at times this summer
fortunately mom has a knack for finding shady spots
suitable for outside fun ... blowing bubbles ... watching the birds
NOT eating the grass i have come to understand
i have even been known to read a book out of doors

when i do kick it inside
i do so in style ... of course
and i try to stay active
i have been coaching dad on using the new remote
and continue to advance the peace talks
with the furry creatures that lurk in our home
