21st century child ...

you may recall my prior declaration
of cell phone supremacy

it turns out that i spoke too soon
uncle mike has unequivocally retaken the crown

while my phone displays a goofy bear
unk's phone offers the following image ...

these are a few of my favorite things ...

i don't mean to brag
don't mean to be rude
i am really not that kind of a boy
but it would be a lie
if i were to say
that i am hurting for toys

i have rings that stack
ducks that quack
and a squeaking crab
need i say more ?

a tool for every need
plenty books to read
and then the kicker ...
i have stuffed animals galore

there's a what on my head ...

... and this has been going on

how long ?!

reduce, reuse, recycle ...

as a 22+ pound 7.5 month old
you would be correct to assume that
i am a proud and plump member of
the clean plate club

that being said ...
there are times that i don't finish
all that is laid out before me

and sometimes when that happens ...
mom lets me have a little messy fun

i don't follow ...

what do you mean when you ask ...
how did i get so cute ?

i believe that i have always been so darling

wait a minute ...
i hope that you are not disparaging
the visual appeal of my parental units

dad tells me that mom is the prettiest woman in the world
and as for himself ... well ...
i think that he does the best with what he has

big baskets o' baby ...

or if you prefer ...
baby boys by the bushel

who knew that a laundry basket
could double as a ball pit ?
mom ... that's who !

who you callin' hollywood ...

come on ... admit it

if your shades made you look this cool
you would wear them inside too
